Indemnity Form (IMPORTANT)

Congratulations to you on being one of our students in the new batch undertaking the Diploma in Engineering Science (ES) at Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP). To welcome you at NP, we have specially prepared both the School Based Bonding Camp (SBBC) as well as the Compulsory School Orientation Programme (CSOP) for you during the month of April 2012 as follows:
1. School Based Bonding Camp 2013 (SBBC): 8-10th April 2013
We will be holding our School of Engineering (SOE) Engineering Science bonding camp for freshmen from the 8-10th April 2013. This 3 day 2 night night camp on campus is organized by our very own ES students. The activities lined up will enable you and your new classmates to get to know each other better! This camp is free of charge and is a great opportunity for you to have fun and get to know more friends prior to the start of school term.
This camp, however, is NOT COMPULSORY and requires registration.
We highly encourage the new incoming freshmen to participate in this orientation camp though ! :D

Packing List will be released at a later date. So do check back soon!  __________________________________________________________________________________ 2. Compulsory School Orientation Programme 2013 (CSOP) : 15th - 19th April 2013
The primary aim of the CSOP is to help you to integrate into NP’s learning environment and in addition provides you with an opportunity to interact with your new classmates, other students and staff members of the School of Engineering. Your lecturers/advisors will also be there to provide you with information and answer your queries as well.
**Please note that the CSOP is compulsory for all new students and registration is NOT required. Attendance will be taken daily.
DOWNLOAD and complete the indemnity form with parent's signature and bring the completed form upon reporting for the camp.
Please report to the following location from 15th -19th April 2013 daily:

Please put on comfortable attire and sports shoes as there will be some ice-breaker game sessions. As you will be visiting various places on and off campus during the CSOP , please do not bring expensive belongings such as laptops and cameras.
Please bring along your NRIC (Singaporean students) or Passport/FIN card (foreign students) for authorisation purposes for external visits.
